Via the above button you enter our remote environment and here you are asked for a code. You will receive this code from us if we have telephone contact.
After you enter this code and click on “start My Session” a download will start. click on run and the software will be installed.
When the installation is complete you will see the following text: “Your computer is online and waiting for the support representative” which means that assistance is ready to start. We will then make the connection to your PC and can watch with you and/or take over the PC temporarily.
You can disconnect at any time by closing the program, the program will be uninstalled immediately after your approval.
